When will my order be delivered?

Pickup at A Touch of Miami in JQ Mall, Rodney Bay is usually ready within 24 hours. Shipped orders leave once they are packed, and the time after that depends on where they are going. We email you when an order is on its way.

If an item is missing from my order, what should I do?

If I'm not available to pick up my order, what should I do?

Call or email the boutique before you come in and we will hold the order for you at JQ Mall, Rodney Bay.

What should I do if there is a delivery delay?
